New Red Bull is ‘aggressive’ draft – Newey

Red Bull Racing chief technical officer Adrian Newey says his newest Formula 1 car, the Red Bull RB5 is an aggressive invent and that his players will have benefited from spending more time on the drawing slat and fewer time on the footpath so far this coldness.

“It is an aggressive outline, fully different to something that’s gone before, and hopefully that is down to sound engineering reasons,” Newey said. “You require the discipline not just to come up with ideas, but also to ensure that they certainly do give something decisive in performance language, somewhat than just liability it to be different. That’s what we’ve tried to do with RB5.”

“While we’ve clearly looked at photos of the other cars, we asylum’s had time to study them, so there is no help in the language, but the above time has allowed us to refine some of our own solutions,” he added. “We are minor in terms of person power than some other teams and then we have had fewer meander tunnel time and so the treat time has been spent making up for our different flatten of funds.”
